Bhante Suniti Bhikkhuni In robes since 2006, preaching buddhism in a rational way for everyday pactice (ambedkarite way). Preaching Buddhism through classrooms and at field too, in buddhist areas, dalit basties, to OBC communities, Adivasi regions, etc. She is the secretary of All India Bhikkhuni Sangha. She has conducted dhamma lectures, sermons, trainings and workshops with women, families, children, students in universities, social welfare hostels, social activists and to prisoners too. Working on training people in robes through samner samneri camps. She is representating Indian ambedkarite buddhism at various international platforms. Educating people about importance of academic education as well as dhamma in life even during the lockdown period amid covid-19 pandemic through social media. Before taking robes she was a lawyer (Bsc LLM) who practised in Mumbai and has worked as legal trainer at National level with various organisations over a period of about 20 years. 🌲🌲🌲 Bhante Maitriya Bhikkhuni In robes since 2015, preaching buddhism in a rational way for everyday pactice (ambedkarite way) along with her Guru Bhante Suniti Bhikkhuni. Bhikkhuni Maitriya is also an Author. She writes Books and articles in Hindi. Till now her 6 books are published through Samyak Publications and Mahaprajapati Gautami publications. Currently she is working on her upcoming book on History of Bhikkhuni sangha. She writes short stories on her blog named 'Dhamma sisters' to spread Buddha's teachings in an easy way to youngsters accessing online spaces. She conducts dhamma lectures, sermons, trainings and workshops. Working on training people in robes through samner samneri camps. Since Lockdown amid covid 19 pandemic their preaching work did not stop, they are conducting daily dhamma sessions through webinars. Before taking robes she worked as a social activist in a national organisation.
